Mr. Webster is an exceptional gentleman whose domain experience comes through when he listens to the patient, being thorough in the investigation required and the way he instills confidence. The information he provides is always given in a way that is understandable by a non professional. The investigation process and any subsequent treatment plan is always explained by Mr. Webster in detail so the overall interaction is always reassuring.

I had never sought care from a urologist until a close family member passed away from prostate cancer, and I required a surgical procedure to be performed (unrelated to cancer). After carefully researching a number of urologists online, I chose to book an appointment with Mr Webster to attend to both these matters. I could not have been more impressed or grateful with the attention to detail he paid, and the level of care he demonstrated, throughout the time that I was under his care. I would also like to commend Christina (his executive assistant) who managed the administrative processes very efficiently and professionally throughout both engagements. Mr Webster exhibits a combination of characteristics that is rare in any professional: technically gifted; genuinely caring; thoughtful and precise in both his communications and execution of procedures and - perhaps most strikingly - a self-evidently good and decent man. I would recommend Mr Webster unreservedly to any prospective patient, especially one looking to engage with a urologist for the first time.
